I filled in the info needed to create user and pass for team manager. I never received an email confirming it. I requested for you to send it to me and it only revealed that I had a user no password. Now I can't get into the site or create a new password.

Hmm, that is strange. I can see your filled out username with no password, but there is no Username Request in our inbox or even in the trash in case it got deleted accidentally. We will reset the username for you and you can request it again. If it doesn't work out again you can just tell us the information you want via Support Request, and we will X it out afterwards.
