I registered my daughter through the mail and was trying to verify all info was correct on the website. It is saying that I already have a user name and pin, but I have no idea what it would be. |

The board likely enters paper registrations into the website. You can obtain your Pin by using the Pin Reminder feature in the site. Your pin is tied to the following email address: Thanks, |

Ok, it makes sense now, the only problem is that my e-mail is not in the system correctly. The e-mail that you show for me is matthw.kirchoff@ge.com. It needs to be matthew.kirchoff@ge.com. When that is corrected I will us the forgot my pin tab. Thanks for the quick response. |
