Note for Registration:

All players must have the following forms on file to participate in CPFA summer leagues: permission form, player & parent commitment forms, medical emergency form, copy of birth certificate (if not already on file), and a photo id.  Forms are available during on-line registration as well as on the main web page under forms.  Anyone registering after February 17th will be subject to a $25 late fee.

Registration Rules:

All U10, U12 and U14 players must attend the evaluations on Saturday, March 1st or Saturday, March 15th at Extra Innings in Brooklyn Park.  Teams will be formed based upon recommendations from the independent evaluation volunteers.  The U16 and U18 teams will be determined by the CPFA board. 

There is a $25 non-refundable evaluation fee due at the time of registraion.  Any player not having paid the $25 fee will not be allowed to particpate in the evaluation process and will be placed on the lowest level team.

There will be no make-up sessions.  If you can not attend on of these sessions due to an injury, family obligation or other sporting event conflict, you must notify a board member prior to evaluations.  Your player will then be placed on a team similar to the level played last year.  All new players at the specified age groups must attend evaluations or they will be placed on the lowest level team.

Please check this page regularly for updates on the times assigned to each age group for evaluations.  Evaluations will run between 8:00 am - 10:00 am.  Each session will last one hour.  One parent must register each player and sign them out upon completion of the evaluation period.  You must send a note if your player will be attending with another parent.

Please make sure all players bring their glove, wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.  Players may also bring batting gloves, helmet and a bat of their choice.  Bats and helmets will be available.

Parents are not allowed to stay during the evaluation period.  Please plan on picking up your player one (1) hour after her scheduled time slot.

Pitchers and catchers evaluations for U12 and U14 ONLY will be held from 10:00 to 11:00.  Evaluations are for those girls who are serious about pitching to help us determine the level of pitchers at each age group.  Catchers gear will be available.
