| Form Name: | 2010 CPFA Player Skills Clinic |
| Description: | Please use this form to register for the 2010 Player Skills Clinics sponsored by CPFA with Brad Horstman, St. Thomas University Softball coach. The clinics will be offered for both Offense/Defense skill development and Hitting development (3 weeks). The Sunday afternoons sessions will be between 6-8pm: 6:00-7:00pm – Beginner players - 10U/12U and 7:00-8:00pm – Intermediate/Advanced - 14U+. Cost will be $50 for Offense/Defense Only, $35- Hitting Only, or $75 - both Offense/Defense and Hitting. Session dates are as follows – Offense/Defense: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, and 1/31. Hitting: 2/14, 2/21, and 2/28. Please note that sessions may be changed depending on level of players who register and that each session will be available to the first 24 players who register. For the 2009 season, CPFA has implemented a $100 volunteer fee per family. It is expected that each family will contribute a minimum of four hours of time – any additional volunteering time is certainly appreciated and welcomed. The time commitment for Board members and coaches/assistant coaches are expected to far exceed the four hour minimum and further volunteering is not required |

The clinic is being held on Sunday nights from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the CPHS fieldhouse. The first session begins on February 14th and will run for 5 consecutive weeks.
